Juile Jablonski talks about “ralleyball” tennis that introduces tennis to young children at the Jefferson County Fair. Supporting the program are the Port Townsend School District, Chimacum School District, Jefferson County Family YMCA, Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Department, Jefferson Community School, Swan School, and Sunfield Education Association.
